This is a great wedge pillow. I purchased the XL wedge pillow. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it’s still in great shape. It’s helped a lot with reducing heartburn. I tried another wedge pillow before this one but it was too narrow for me to roll over from side to side (I’m a side sleeper) and it wasn’t deep enough, which caused to much of a bend in my waste. This pillow however is wide enough to roll from side to side and it’s deep enough so the wedge begins under my hips, keeping everything in alignment. It works on our king size mattress. Also, I don’t feel hot on this pillow as I know that’s a concern for some people. My only complaint is that it pills after a while. Overall, it’s great and I highly recommend it!

I love this wedge! It popped into shape within two minutes. It's much more comfortable than I thought it would be. It's softer, longer, and wider than the last one I owned, and it doesn't have an odor. The extra length makes the angle of the pillow less severe without compromising the height. It raises my back and head without crunching my neck. I don't slide down as much as I did on the shorter, steeper-angled pillow. I can sleep on my back again, my favorite sleep position, while reducing the number of apneas I have each night. The extra width keeps my arms on the pillow when I'm on my back. It also allows me to sleep comfortably on my side which wasn't possible with the smaller wedge. Everything about this wedge is great! It's working VERY WELL for me and I LOVE it!

If you are a tall person this pillow is perfect, but I am a short 5'3" and it's too long for me. Having said that, it still works for raising my head. I need to have my hips off the end or arthritis issues are triggered. So, I find I'm only using the lower half of the wedge. Even so, I find that my upper body is raised enough to do the job. It's soft enough for sleep but seems like the firmness will help keep it's shape. I've had it for a couple of weeks, and I'm pretty much used to it now. I'm so glad I got the wide wedge so my arms have support on each side, and I can turn from side to side and remain on the pillow. I haven't washed it yet, but the case appears to be pretty straightforward to remove. Would I buy it again? Yes, it's working for me to address Silent Reflux symptoms.

The incline is perfect for me - i sleep with it when i have heartburn, and it's wide enough that my arms don't feel like they're hanging down behind my back. I just put a pillow under my knees, and sleep like a baby!

HOT. I got the extra wide 7.5 inches. The size is great I can support my full back down to my hips which helps me sleep better and it’s wide enough for my arms to rest on so they don’t fall off and I’m not hitting the edges of the pillow like other wedge pillows. However, this pillow is extremely hot! The fabric is not soft at all, gets scratchy unlike other wedge pillows that use bamboo or rayon or viscose as a cover to be super soft, breathable and cooling. Also the foam is just a regular thick, cheap foam that is extremely hot. I have not been able to sleep so far this summer because the pillow went from being comfortable over the winter to extremely warm. No matter what type of blanket, or even just sleeping with sheets, I wake up sweaty every night now. It’s very disappointing. If this pillow would actually be made with breathable, cooling, gel foam like other wedge pillows it would be perfect.
