Question 1

Is this a vaginal lubricant, or just for sex?

Accepted Answer

This lubricant is great for all types of sex (vaginal and anal).

Question 2

Does it contain PARABEN? The NEW version should not have PARABEN in it, please advice. thanks!!!

Accepted Answer

Hello, as the manufacturer of Wet Lubricants we are proud to say our Original Water Based formula has been PARABEN free for many years now. We always welcome questions/inquiries about our products and ingredients as we work hard to make sure they are up to current industry standards. Being adaptive to the times and embracing change are core reasons why we have had success in this industry for over 30 years now.

Question 3

My question is can the makers of this product make a bottle that doesn’t leak out? Such technology exists, but can somebody let them in on that?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your business and review. We are sorry for the issue you had with the bottle leaking. Due to the nature of the product, (especially silicone) caps and seals do not always hold product in when laying on its side. We do recommend keeping the bottle in an upright position at all times, but we understand that is not easy. We are here to help you. Click the returns and orders box in the upper right on the Amazon website. Scroll down until you find your order. Click the ask product question box and you can tell us exactly what happened there. We strive to surpass your experience expectations.

Question 4

Sorry but, what would the packaging be like without Amazon prime?

Accepted Answer

We understand how important privacy is to our customers. We make it our utmost priority to ship out all orders in private and discreet standard packaging. All items shipped are enclosed in a plain unmarked packaging that would in no way disclose the contents within. We hope this has addressed your privacy concerns. You can confidently order items to be shipped out to your home, office or any other address you wish to use.
