Bought this for my F40 HP Yamaha outboard. It is exactly what it says it is... lower unit oil.

Arrived as decribed
Only downside to buying this is that you still will need to buy the o-ring gaskets/seals for the two screws you remove when changing foot oil. Found them at West Marine. Would be helpful if they were included.
