No, it will only work on a straight sided pan (will not work if the side is slanted like a wok).

Will these handles fit plexcore waterless cookware that neo life sold?

I don't know. but your first step is to pull up the product on Amazon and run your mouse over the bottom three pictures that are stacked vertically on the left. They show the type of "connector" on the pan that will accept this handle. If your connector looks like the one that is the third one up from the bottom, then the answer is probably. Our pan's connector looked exactly like this like this and the handle fit perfectly. If your pan has either of the bottom two connectors, then the answer is no. Also, if the screw holding the handle to the pan is corroded and breaks when you try to unscrew it, go to the "customer reviews" section and read my review - JayBee from July 2018. The original screw on our pan was steel. It was half rusted away and it broke in two, leaving a rusted stub coming out of the connector. It can be easily removed by heating it up until it is red hot, but it won't come out otherwise. FYI, the screw that came with this replacement handle is stainless steel and it should not have this problem. Final assessment: This is a quality product and you get what you pay for.

As good as new

This handle worked out perfectly! I’ve had my Amway Queen cookware set for roughly 50 years. Wow! The metal part of the handles next to the saucepans were coming loose so I removed them. The one pan got a little close to the fire on the gas burner and the handle was damaged. The metal part on this replacement handle is seems to be fitted better, also. I will be purchasing a couple more of these in the future for the other saucepans.
