Coiled cable, longer than typical alternatives
Got is for my macro photography setup, where camera is far from the monitor which is mounted on tripod base. Had 24'' cable before, but this cable is longer and reaches the camera well. The cable itself is well made. It is thinner and more flexible than typical non-coiled HDMI cables, but passes through the video signal in high quality.

It Just Works
This thing just works. It’s super thin and flexible — doesn’t fight you when you’re trying to set up your rig. I’m using it with a Nikon ZR setup, and it fits tight, no wiggle, no signal drops. The build feels solid but not bulky, and it keeps everything looking tidy instead of like a cable jungle. If you’re running a small rig or trying to keep things compact for on-camera monitoring, this is the one you want. Bottom line: it’s small, strong, and does its job — which is exactly what I want from gear.

Love the thinness of this cable
Love the cable, the straight tips are perfect for my rig. Affordable and durable if you take a bit of care plugging and unplugging by only handling the tips. I add 1 service loop to the cable and it is the perfect length.

Works for A7IV, A7RIII, and A7SIII
I own several Sony A7 cameras, and this SmallRig HDMI cable works great with all of them. The connection is solid, and it provides a stable signal without any dropouts. It’s also compatible with my monitors, including both the Atomos Ninja and Shinobi, delivering a crisp and clear feed every time!! I have never had any drop outs, and the cable is well built! It is also compatable with the HDMI lock that small rig sells and is great for my rig! One thing I wished is that they made some right angle versions of these, but these are great for what it does. Basic, simple, and it works!

Not for gimbal use. Otherwise excellent quality
I tried using this cable with my gimbal mounted dslr camera (Lumix G85) and had nothing but problems. I guess the cable is too thick for that application and provides too much resistance to against the gimbal movements. Any other application though it works perfect. The image quality is good, the quality for the cable itself is great considering the price point and have had no performance issues at all.
