It's great, the moment you receive the package, you know that it's quality. I received it with maybe 1.5 of 4 bars charged but that's enough to test if it working or not. Yes, it is pretty heavy and is bigger than most phones and the fact that it does not come with a pouch is a bit of trouble because not a lot of standard size pouches are big enough for it. Overall, no problems.
