When I received my package, one of the LED balls didn't work. I could have been mad and complained and written a bad review, but I didn't. Instead I reached out to the company, and they were amazing! They apologized, and immediately sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly, and was perfect!! You get a good product, for a good price, and if you do encounter a problem, customer service is amazing!! I'll definitely look into other products through this company before looking elsewhere!

i got some sets for my son but this one came with the light up socks the item came a little different then the description online but is still pretty cool but my problem is that you don't have a option to switch the lights colors and how you want them you can only turn it off and onand as for the item it self there is no off switch so the way i turn it on and off was the little plastic peace that it came with too separate the batteries like when you get it but it does the job for my son and he likes it,also as well its pretty big their balls and squishy so its harder to juggle and weird weights but it does the job...so overall its cool for my son and he likes it and for a decent price...

The media could not be loaded.  These juggling balls are really good. I highly recommend. After two years of use; they have not broken, the electronics work great, they are impact resistant, and the battery is somehow still running (I'd say after ~10+hrs of use).PROBLEMS AND HOW TO FIX THEM: They are a bit slippery which can be fixed by putting dots of hot glue around them (see pic). After years, the spring that holds the battery together goes weak and there is a bit of movement in the batteries making them change color setting. This can be fixed by adding a little piece of metal between the batteries to make it tighter and it 100% fixes the problem (as shown in pic, folded aluminum works)video is just to flex lolbest, erik_juggles

I've been using these juggling balls for a couple of months now, and they are not awful for the price. They don't seem to be spec'd for heavy use as they can't handle more than 100 or so drops before the electronics start coming apart. Now even a particularly forceful catch will make the LED switch to color change mode from whatever color the ball is set to, and one of them flickers off and on when dropped.One side is flat, kinda weird but not that big of a deal when the balls are in the air. On/off button is easy to find and press. It's impossible to change the color between patterns as it requires turning them off and pausing for a couple of seconds before turning them on again.These balls are made of plastic and almost too big for my hands, which is worth considering if you're planning on getting them for a child, since they will not be able to catch them easily in their tiny child hands. I have no comment on the poy socks, other than I don't trust them not to rip open and launch the ball so I've avoided using them beyond trying them out. Overall it's worth investing in circus equipment that is built to survive practicing with, but these will be cool for a couple of parties if you're already a confident juggler.

These are really neat, nice to handle, and they don't seem to break easily. They look sooo beautiful and allow me to add juggling in the dark to the list of things I can do to entertain children.

Balls have a flat side where the battery and leds are housed, this makes them hard to manipulate at first.

I bought these for a Christmas present for my son, the juggler, and these were awesome. I was worried they would crack when they hit our hardwood floor- but they do not!! The colors are beautiful! He loves them and I love watching him juggle with them!!
