The valve is leaking and it is rusted from inside
Purchased it a few days ago and took 1 year extended Warranty. Installed it 2 days ago and noticed that the valve inside is leaking and the inside portion is rusted. Can the vendor contact me

poor after sales service from Super General company, Dubai
we bought Super General (SG) 20 gall water cooler in Aug 2023 thru Carrefour online service. In May 2024, Super General (SG) replaced the compressor FOC, as it was within 1 year Warranty period. In Aug 2025, I called them to repair same,( I would pay for it) as water was not cooling well. Techn replaced Thermostat,but that didn't work. Next he took the cooler to their workshop.After a week, they return the cooler stating that this was not made by Super General(SG) ??? If this is the case, why did SG replace compressor in May 2024??? I hv the documents whc state Super general name on it. I have been running from pillar to post, contacting Super General, Carrefour and Dubai Economic Dept, to get it repaired at my expense. Till date, no one is able to assist. I am a senior citizen, who bought this cooler to aid fellow brethren working in our Nshama Community, to quench their thirst in this killing heat. Am very disappointed at lack of resolution.
