These knee sleeves are ideal for my leg days (squats, lunges, etc.). The compression is just right. I started CrossFit at the beginning of January. Before CrossFit, I had occasional knee pain, primarily during longer runs. I found that my knee pain became more noticeable, longer lasting and bit more severe after heavy lifting classes that featured movements like squats, deadlifts, thrusters, etc. I finally realized I needed to try to do something and I didn't want to stop the various lifting. Talked to several other members and they recommended I give knee sleeves a try. These have worked better than I ever expected. My knees definitely feel more "stable" and less painful during class. More importantly, they are much less painful in the days afterward. I should state that I have nothing to compare these to, but they are well constructed, fit great, are comfortable and do not limit my movements in any way.
