For individuals seeking a substantial challenge to improve wrist and forearm strength, the maximum resistance offered by this developer may not be sufficient. I found myself outgrowing the resistance quickly and wishing for more intensity to push my workouts further.

Great device, comfortable and works as expected! Ignore what the other reviews say about it not being enough resistance if you want to use it for PT. I think if you’re just looking for heavy resistance, wrist curls with heavy weights would be better. For me it was perfect for exercising my injured wrist
