Port & Company Customize Gym Bag

I own two of these bags, and have purchased three (blue, gold, and green, respectively). I purchased one in the medium-size for the gym (blue); a medium-size for carry-on for airline travel (gold); the large/xlarge (I can't remember) I purchased for my grandmother for her swimming.The waterproof side-pouch is my favorite feature. I use it for hiking sandals/dress shoes for travel (not quite big enough for running shoes in the med size - I wear a women's 9), and I keep toiletries and leak-ables (shampoo, etc.) in it in my gym bag.I also like the end pouch at the other end (it is like many other duffel bags) because it is just the right size (in the med-duffel) for a TSA 3-1-1 bag for carry on. This means that all your gels and liquids are packaged up there with easy access, which makes going through security much easier. I had a little room in this pouch for a couple of other small items. In my gym bag, I keep small items I need quickly there: locker pad lock, ankle/wrist braces, etc.The medium size is good for travel and the gym. It fits fine under the seat in front of you on the aircraft. It will fit in the overhead bins, but is too long to put in width-wise (with the end sticking out) in a smaller aircraft (maybe would fit in a bigger one, I don't know). This bag also fits well under my desk and in the gym locker.The colors are vibrant and strong, and while I haven't had great opportunity to greatly abuse these bags yet, so far they have exhibited excellent durability.

I wanted a gym bag I could take to work so I could head to the gym directly after before going home. Most of the duffel bags I looked at were way too big for me, they would have been mostly empty and wouldn't have fit in my gym locker. The size of this bag is perfect! I can fit my gym clothes, my sneakers, a change of civvies, a towel, and some shower accessories in it. To be honest, that's about all I can fit in it, so if you're someone who needs to take multiple changes of clothes, thick clothes like a sweater, hand weights, a yoga met, etc. etc. to the gym with you this bag is not for you. Also, the shoe compartment is a little small, it's fine for my 8.5 womens sneakers and I think bigger shoes can fit in it but if you're bigger than a 10 womens 8 mens you might have trouble zipping it up.I bought the maroon color and it was true to the picture.

I selected this bag primarily because of price. It was inexpensive, and, based on the picture, looked pretty sturdy. I also liked the fact that there were many colors to choose from. It arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that is really does seem to be a durable bag. It is smaller than bags I have had in the past, but manages to fit all my workout gear nicely. I don't use the shoe storage for my shoes, however, I do use it to keep my wet clothing and suit seperate from my dry clothing. The canvas is nice and thick, and the zippers and handles seem to be pretty tough. There are zippered compartments and one extra little pocket on the outside, so it is effecient. Overall, I think this is a pretty nice gym bag.

I got this as a cheap gym bag, and it suits my needs perfectly. It's definitely not the best quality, but considering the price I am very happy with my purchase.Cons:-Plastic buckles and zippers seem kinda flimsy.-Shoulder strap pad is uncomfortable and never stays in position.Pros:-Perfect size for gym cloths and shoes, or for carrying a few outfits for a weekend trip.-Polyester canvas itself seems quite durable.-Cheap, no frills, gets the job done.

This s a great sized bag if you are just running to the gym. Probably a bit tight if you carry a bunch of small gear with you. I am just a t-shirt, shorts, bike shorts shoes kinda guy and it works well. When I swim it is not really big enough to carry kick board, but hand paddles fit. There is a good shoe compartment to separate the stink of the shoes as well. Very durable thus far.

I bought this because I wanted a smaller duffel for changing at the gym after work that isn't hard to stuff into a narrow locker. I use the separate shoe compartment for my stinky shoes, the rest of the bag for clothes, and the other end compartment for my small stuff. The bag is roomy for that purpose, but if I bring along sweats the bag is pretty much full, there's not a lot of extra room for sports equipment. It's durable with good padding on the adjustable shoulder strap. I was worried that the royal blue would not turn out to be as rich a shade as pictured but it is, which made me happy!

I like this bag a lot and it is perfect to carry my gym clothes in. The only thing I would take into consideration is that when shoes are in the shoe compartment there isn't as much room so a change of clothes and a few toiletries are all thats really going to fit. If you have a makeup bag, hairdryer etc., then this bag is probably too small for you. I keep my toiletries and hairdryer at a locker in the gym so this is perfect for me.
