A King James Dictionary: A Resource for Understanding the Language of the King James Bible

I haven’t started using this book yet! I have flipped through and I loved what I saw! I would recommend!

Fast shipping and the book was in good condition, but I couldn't find any words in it that I looked for, from my Bible.

I love the KJV, but I still get tripped up.m on certain words and phraseology. This is a great little concise King James dictionary. The quality is surprisingly good for one of these made-to-order book.It can fit in my bible case fine along with my big study bible and a5 notebook. I would enjoy a slightly smaller/thinner edition but this is still great. 5 stars.

The dictionary I found was a valuable asset to anyone studying the KJV bible. Example : the word word kine is you in Genesis the more modern word is cow. The reference is as important to a true student as commentaries and lexicons. I give it two thumbs up.

Excellent to have in hand if one can't figure out the "old" words. However, in the King James version, the first time the word is used, it is also defined; a missing element of the "better educated" versions.

Not at all a comprehensive dictionary. Way too limited. I could find these words in the regular dictionary! Save the 20 bucks.

Good dictionary

I choose this dictionary because it contains only the translation of certain old English words that are found in the King James Bible but are not in use todays regular spoken English. I would recommend it to anyone studying the King James Version Bible.

This has become a must have tool for those who love to use the Authorized King James Bible.Very clear with no added extras. Highly recommended.

Good dictionary but I am disappointed, because there are some words that are not included in the dictionary. I have to use google translate.

Brilliant little book will have you understanding the archaic words in no time.
