Q: Where can I purchase a hanger for my Woodlink feeder?

Mine came with a metal hanging bracket that snapped on each side of the feeder. Then you hang it on a A shepherds hook stuck in the ground. Or you could hang it from a tree limb with a chain and a little hook.

Q: Can it be mounted on a 4" by 4" (existing) pole?

Where can you find the mounting accessory for a 4x4 pole? I suppose I will just go purchase some wood and make my own mount but curious where to find one if they make it.

Q: My two month old bird feeder is staying stuck in closed position. What do you think the fix for that would be?

I've owned two feeders, both could be set to be very sensitive to closing, but never stay closed. I suspect the closure is rubbing somewhere. That should be easy enough to checkout. Also you might checkout the hinge points for debris or maybe paint on the hinges.

Q: Where are replacement parts available? The squirrels in Wisconsin are quite resourceful and broke the thin plastic window. need replacement.

I just got one of those opaque plastic cutting board sheets at the dollar store and cut to size.
