I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas she is very sensitive to all electrical vibration and resonance and is living in an area where 5G is being tested. She says she feels like she is physically plugged into the electric socket most nights, even without the testing she is aware that her samart metre against the downstairs wall of her bedroom is affecting her ability to sleep, testing nights are amplifief by 10 or more, and she really doesn't sleep at all those nights - often taking her mattrice onto the floor to improve the situation. The first night she used the grounding sheet she experienced tearfulness welling up and just let it happen.... she said it felt like a release and the feeling lasted about 30 mins followed by deep relaxation and sleep. The following nights sleep she only experienced tingling in her hands as apposed to her entire body. Now after several weeks of use she is sleeping much better with aches and pains in her body deminishing, she tells me she feels this is an on going change and she is noticing her body is being very benificially affected by the grounding sheet and would not sleep without it now - no matter where she is, so it travels with her and is the first thing in her suitcase. I hope this is of interest to other people suffering similar issues and I hope it encourages you to give it a try. Every body system is different and will react differently so my daughters reaction to the grounding sheet will not necessarily be yours, I think some may be much slower to react than others, perhapse in those with not such marked issues.... the changes may be slower and more subtle, but I think over time most people if they are conscioius of their body will notice benificial changes both in their body and sleep quality. I am thrilled for my daughter as it is making such a difference to all aspects of her health. I have personally gone direct to purchase another king size sheet for my bed, as it was not on Amazon. I can't wait to try it out for myself and my husband and look forward to the health benifits I am sure it will bring.

I admit I was sceptical about the supposed powers of grounding, but as I suffer from multiple inflammatory ailments, I decided to give the grounding sheet a try, knowing that I could always send it back. I've used it for a few days now, but my scepticism disappeared on the first morning after using the sheet. For the last 2 years, I have suffered constant stiffness in my ankles & feet in the mornings, and also a painful neck. At the time I also had severe hip pain that had come about over the previous few days. I also don't sleep as well as I would like. On the first morning, I noticed that my neck pain and stiffness had completely gone, and also my feet and ankles felt 'normal'. I still had my hip pain, and due to that I had no noticeable improvement in sleep. Was it a fluke? I wondered if my ankles and neck would stiffen up again, but they haven't. Also, my hip pain has completely cleared up in just 4 days. My mood is much lighter, but I guess when pain starts to subside it can have that effect. So far, I've not noticed any particular improvement in my sleep, but maybe that will be a longer-term benefit. For those that might be wondering, I'm pretty sure this isn't a placebo effect, as I wasn't even thinking that my neck and ankles would be made better, I purchased it for other reasons. If you're not sure, give this a go. It seems to do exactly what it says it does.

Sorry, I really wanted this to work, but, alas it was a waste of money,also you have to purchase a device to ck that you are using the right socket. It was easy to put on the bed & the extra length was useful, but it didn't do a thing.

I have not felt any improvements in the conditions this is supposed to help with. I am still having difficulties sleeping, stress is the same and my energy doesn't seem to have improved at all. It could just be me. Maybe I have a lot going on in my life but I do experience some benefits when I use the grounding mat. So I have been using that on the bed instead of the grounding sheet.

I have been in the grounding world for a decade as a functional med practitioner. I've made and broke a million devices and finally decided to treat myself o something i knew would be robust, convenient and easy to use, that would wash well and not look weird. This sheet ticks ALL the boxes and i love it. I made contact with Michael, the seller because Amazon sent the sheet without its plug. He immediately replied and immediately sent me a plug. He couldn't have been nicer about it. He then followed up to ask if i received it, which i did. Thankfully it didn't come in excessive packaging that required knives, scissors and teenagers to open it. Im SO PLEASED with the sheet AND the tailored, individual, helpful friendly service that from now on, i will recommend my caseload and friends buy this sheet. I might even risk mentioning it to my family of origin, who bathe in WiFi, swear by its brilliance, but then wonder why they can't sleep or only get 5 seconds of deep sleep p/night, have teeth that are falling out, cats that drop dead and aches and pains that they believe are all part of the aging process. If you want to sleep better, feel better, look better and do more good stuff that helps not just you, but even the people who annoy you, definitely do buy yourself and your best friend one of these. Invest in your health people and bring back your healthy, radiant self.

Daughters tried it for over 1 month now and it has made no difference to sleep, she's getting slight electrical shocks from the actual sheet and finds that very uncomfortable. The sheet is good quality and you can see the silver running through it, but it wont stay in one place in the bed and ends up at the side or wrinkled up. Bit annoying and a lot of money. We can't send it back now as the window to return has ran out.
