I’ve pole danced for 7 years and have bought this every time! Gives me the perfect amount of grip, and a little goes a LONG way. Less is definitely more when using this. I have sensitive skin, and have yet to have any sort of bad reaction. The only possible downside is that it will leave a residue on your body and pole but it can be easily washed or wipes off. It doesn’t stain clothes either!

I bought this product to help increase my grip with pole dancing. It does the job extremely well. Initially when you rub it on it is like greasy and then within 10 seconds the consistency becomes sticky and dry. What amazes me about this product is that it works well in other places besides just my hands I can rub it on my shins as well as my on the inside of my knee and on shoulders to increase shoulder mount grip. The other products I've used like mighty grip or dry hands are nothing compared to this stuff because it only works on my hands but this works everywhere. I am very pleased with this purchase. One thing that I didn't like is that this stuff causes the most residue on my pole than any other grip product I've used...and I guess since it is so sticky it might be a little more difficult to clean your pole but other than that I love this stuff.

Works well but leaves residue on pole and hands that is a bit of a struggle to clean off. The grip overall does work but may have to reapply a few times throughout a session if you have sweaty hands.

Bets pole grip eve I stand by this I use it when I teach classes my students love it. The size is small but a lil goes a long way so it does last a bit of time . Worth the money. It doesn’t smell horrible .

I pole dance as a hobby and am fairly new to the sport, I haven't developed good grip yet so I thought I'd give this stuff a try. At times it is even too sticky. It's a lot of fun for my pole at home though, I definitely think there's a time and place for each type of pole grip because you definitely can't do any drops without losing your thigh skin with this stuff. I alternate between this and Dry Hands chalk grip depending on what kind of training I'm looking to do. This tiny jar is probably going to last me the next 3 years it feels like. A little goes a super long way, especially on your lower contact points.

This is best for intermediate level dancers. For beginners on a steel pole try the monkey hands instead. Im beginner level and I was still slipping around with this.

Super! Ich möchte beim Poledance-Training nicht mehr drauf verzichten. Es ist sehr ergiebig und verleiht einen super Grip an den Händen oder allen anderen Press-Points. Kommt bei mir vor allem immer dann zum Einsatz, wenn Figuren noch nicht so super sitzen und man ein wenig "Extra-Halt" benötigt 😉 Mittlerweile nutzen noch mehr Mädels aus meiner Gruppe dieses Produkt. Das einzig doofe ist, dass die Stange danach etwas schwer zu reinigen ist, darüber kann man aber bei dem Mehrwert hinwegsehen 😉

grip arriver comme prévu, très bien emballé. Livraison rapide. Le grip en lui même est très bien. il en faut très peu pour bien accrocher à la pole. Je peux maintenant travailler les figures avec plus d'assurance et sans crainte. Se nettoie bien. Et ne laisse pas de trace après le nettoyage de la barre. Le prix est raisonnable vu le peu de quantité qu'il faut pour une séance. le pot est tout petit est donc très pratique si on doit l'emporter avec nous. je recommande vivement pour une pratique en toute sécurité et pour avancer sur des figures techniques sans risque de glissades!

Sticky!! Love this stuff. Gives me great grip. Since its wax, if it does heat up it will cause you to be more slidey. I pair with dry hands.
