Easy to install batteries and a bit fiddly to insert the bin liner but will get used to it, opening and closing of the bin works like a treat, so good to have hands free use of a bin. I have had this bin for a month now and I love it. I really like the fact that it is an automatic close system, so you don't have to touch the bin at all. It is really easy to operate and clean. It fits in a small space and I've turned it so it doesn't sense people walking past it. The sensor seems to be working well and I'm still using the original batteries (these are not included). The only awkward thing is trying to keep the lid open longer. It is possible if you make sure you stand in front of the sensor when emptying stuff into the bin. This will keep it open until you walk away. I would buy this bin again and it was a good price when I purchased it from desertcart. I just need to figure out a way of stopping my dog purposely using his nose to use the sensor to open it!
