Crappy quality. Even worse service
Broke down in 6 months. Service center Jashanmall is the worst. Not able to reach them forever. When they finally checked, apparently it's overloaded. Washing is just daily stuff so looks like the machine is not great quality. Definitely staying away from electrolux.

We have received the washing machine packed , When they deliver it I was abroad and I came after 3 daysWhen we open it , there was water inside , it seem it was used before and repacked .It’s strange even the item suppose to be NEW.We have cleaned it and operate it . , but it was leaking some water , but was seem the old water was inside .So far it’s operating fine ,, but AMAZON should mention it’s made in Egypt .UPDATE 11/Dec/2019:After few weeks Using it ,, Everything PERFECT , my wife like it .. we hope to operate fine ...Thank you

Good product but with some imperfections...
I received this product today, i was so happy with the delivery time, it is one day ahead of the schedule. The washing machine is so quiet and easy to use. No excessive vibration and easy to install. It comes with the product manual and flexible hose for the water. You could have included a spanner for the bolts to be remove at the back. Moreover, there is one problem i saw in this unit, the one I've received is with stains of rust on the drum inside. Not only one but many and i have to clean it with baking soda and vinegar to to rub it off. I would have given this a 5 star but because of this imperfection it deserves a 3. Amazon should have a quality control in place before dispatching there product to avoid this kind of disappointment. Overall the machine is great, it is just that customers like me expect their product to be in perfect condition when received.

After using for 2 years door locked and not opening sent for repair with around 200 usd cost .

Love this washer. though I had a bit of a problem with the initial assembly (lesson: must call Amazon's assemblers to do it, don't attempt a DIY).the settings are plenty and are all adjustable as well. gives me a lot of flexibility.

Large interior fairly quiet
Nice machine but a bit loud - it takes 3 hours to wash a load of cotton.
