I bought this backpack a while ago, and after using it daily, I can say it's a success. It's still the same as I bought it. It has plenty of compartments to store various things, like your laptop, books, and even your lunch. Don't worry about the space, as you can store various things. The handles have a cushion so your shoulders don't hurt. This backpack is wonderful.

So I haven’t had a new backpack in over 10 years! Started traveling multiple times a year for work and needed something I could just put about anything in! It’s a freakin ADHD bag! The compartments, pockets, zippers go on for days! I have opened up several compartments only to realize, nope, not that one either! It’s like a black hole or clown bag! You can just keep putting stuff in. Might even impress people with all the stuff you pull out! I don’t take my laptop, but would easily fit one! It does easily fit iPad Pro, meds, bathroom essentials, house shoes, pajamas, work shirt, lunch or in my case Dr. Pepper (love how it is insulated for that!), headphones, fidget spinners, snacks and so much more! I even lost a mini portable fan in it this week!My son told me it had too many pockets! Hahaha said no one ever! This backpack is amazing and I love it!

Wow this pack has so many compartments! I feel so organized now! I love the cooler portion. My lunch snuggles right in and it’s very easy access!

The bag is very spacious has lots of spots for organizing. Nice built in lunch bag. However, would have been nicer if it had a stability for the lunch box part to keep things from crushing your food.

It isnt wide enough to hold everything. I bought this because i thought it was wide enough to have the lunch compartment not encroach into the first zipper department like most backpacks show, but it still does.Even the little i have in there it's still hard put anything into first large zipper compartment .The smaller zippers in the front items also bulge into the the first large zipper compartment when you put anything in there (even small items)so your just trying to squeeze stuff in at this point. I bought one w a lunch compartment becuase i'm a cna and wanted to out blood pressure items and a gait belt in there so i didnt have to try and dig them out. Then i also carry 4 bottles of water and other misc stuff i may need at work.little stuff like Pens,highlighters, a little kit of meds with ibuprofen and stuff and its rough to getbthat little bit into this backpack. I'll try it today but i may just end up returning it.
