Yoga During Pregnancy: With Prior Experience

I really love this video. It is shot with a completely white background, so it is very simple and easy to focus. The music fades into the background as you go through the practice. The instructor goes slowly through lots of breathing exercises, which I like. If you feel like other videos don't give you enough time to focus on your breathing, you will like this video. The stretches are great and you do not need any other equipment besides your mat. There are no differentiations between trimesters, but the instructor will encourage you to modify your pose depending on your ability. There are several sections of internal focus, as well, which you don't always get in other videos where the focus is on stretching and toning. This video will calm you, focus you, prepare you, and make you feel great!

I bought this based on other customer reviews, and oddly feel like I'm reviewing a different product (however, mine looks just like the picture and preview screen shots). I found the "with prior experience" portion of the title misleading. It was a meditative breathing-intensive sequence with poses that could be done by a novice/beginner. I realize exprience and fitness are relative, but this DVD wasn't for me. If you're looking for tranquil guidance through breathing and easy postures, this may be a good fit for you. I gave 2 starts instead of 1 because Amazon very quickly refunded my return - thanks Amazon!
