This stuff works. For some reason, my body either can't keep it or burns through it. For me, it takes 2 hours before I can feel it the same way with the doctor's pill of 2,000 mg (2g). It's cheaper and a lot more for my money. I take it daily.

I had to cut down on the sodium and add a little potassium to my diet due to blood pressure meds and their side effects. This product works for me on both counts. The stuff I received was not actually powder, it was more like granulated table salt, only a little finer. That makes this excellent for my use, as I keep some in a salt shaker. The expiration date on the bottles was for five years into the future so no need to worry about it expiring before you can use it all up.
