Bad in the long run! - UPDATE
The media could not be loaded. Jan 25 - UPDATE -Team reached out and provided a topper as a solution for the mattress situation(photo provided). Seems of good quality. Although the topper is stiff than the original ortho mattress - will use and see how it ends up with continued usage.Oct 24 - Had bought this in early 22.6 inch “ortho” mattress with warranty of 10 years. Spent a fair amount on it but u fortunately failed the test of time!To start - the mattress creates a good and premium first impression and is plushy and good. For a year or so that was the case but since past year - started facing a lot of back issues. Started with lower back pain, upper back pain etc. The box pattern of the mattress is also spoilt and could be the reason of the issues.So considering it comes with 10 years of warranty - i reached out to the customer “care” who straightaway termed this as rough use and incorrect usage. I assured them i had used it for daily sleep of 8-10 hours for 2 members and had provided them with all the evidence i could share over images and videos. Unfortunately the company refused and now i am stuck with a 25k mattress that is causing my back to die day by day.Would suggest to spend your hard earned money wisely! Their 10 year warranty is a hoax and they just want to sale and forget!
