Actual embroidery color is different/inaccurate
Was sent inaccurate colored patch. Actual embroidery is dark gray and not gray/silver as product image listed.Quality of the embroidery is great. But they used wrong, darker colors for whatever reason.Will return because item was not accurate as listed.

Dark gray, not light gray
I was really disappointed when it got here. I used to have one, but it was lost. When this new one got here, the main color was dark gray, and not the light gray depicted in the product images. GREAT quality, just the wrong color.
