Is it waterproof/water resistant?

I think it would be fine if your working out or in the heat of summer, but not going to stay if you're swimming. It comes off easily with soap and water. I really like it!!!

Maybe bad item I recieved

I bought this one based on the raving reviews I saw online. Had high hopes for it. I guess, it might be the particular piece I got - it seems dry and like barely much comes off on the brush. After applying on my brows, when it dries, it leaves a flaky residue which is nasty to have on your brows. It doesn't keep the brows in place so much.
