I love this lighter but I do find that it makes a very high pitched noise when turned on which triggers my tinnitus!

Im a gas engineer and just get fed up with fuel lighters and tries this plasma lighter, wow what a brilliant products, I dontvthink I could do with out it now, its sharp, easy and has a good reach.

This is so simple to use and saves your fingers when candles burn right down and it's hard to get a conventional lighter in there. Easily rechargeable but don't forget to switch it off otherwise the battery runs down quickly!I use it daily with no problems!

Brought this for lighting candles so not used all the time but it stopped working so we thought the battery had run Low. Fully charged up but not working at all.Contacted Customer Support who after asking a couple of questions sent me a brand new lighter - without issue. New one arrived within 2 days.

This is really sleek. I love the idea of an electric rechargeable lighter

There is a switch on the bottom of the unit next to the charging port that allows the side switch to activate the arc. It is thin and delicate, and I worry that if I drop it, that will either snap, or damage the switch mechanism inside. Everything else feels solid and it reliably lights candles, though the activation switch being a sliding switch on the side might make it difficult to light wicks in deep candle holders.
