Product delivered on time and eventually managed to find the right orientation for installing the AAA batteries (not included) as there are no marks showing which way round the batteries go. However, the device always shows normal temperature even though someone felt very hot. Using the old in-ear thermometer showed a difference of 2C so this one really does not work and not worth the money. Will try a more reputable brand.

The product is good and very convenient to use, the option for temperature reading is available in both Fahrenheit and Celsius and the added benefit is the thermometer reading is displayed in colour :- green- no fever, yellow - slightly elevated Temperature and red indicates a fever

It is accurate. It measur the body good with distance of 5 cm in one second. And it also measure air, liquids any surface temperatures (the surface mode) Nice product. Looks good.
