It’s a good product I love it for care my hands

The packaging and the heart shaped heat indicator on the gloves is cute, the smell is good, but nothing else was good. When I unpacked the gloves they were so dried up and all the wax was packed into the finger tips. I had to do the reccomended microwave 4xs before it finally melted enough to push and push that wax throughout the gloves to evenly distribute (a lot more work than it's worth) then when I put them on the wax was already drying back up (the gloves are hard plastic not like a soft molding glove) and it was hard to put my hands in they are so stiff. I tried to join my hands and link my fingers to pull the gloves down to fit the fingers better and it completely ripped the plastic to the point that the wax started to fall out.. so now they can't be reused. By the end of the day my hands were back to being extremely dry again so they didn't even work. Not even effective for the cost. Disappointed. Hope this is helpful to someone ik the dry hand struggle is never ending.

I like the bag this came in and being able to use it again. I don’t like not being able to able to use my hands while I am using it, but that is more about me that the product. I kind of wish it had a way to use my phone as it worked. It did make my hands very soft and was easy to heat in the microwave.

this would be a great product with a single emendation - include heat sensors on the fingertips also. As it is, with the bulk of the wax stored in the fingers, the palm (which does have a heat sensor) has a scanty amount of wax, and thus gets really hot really quickly; but isn't representational of what's going on in the rest of the glove. While you are waiting for the palm to cool off, the fingers (majority of the reason why I had purchased said glove) practically re-solidify themselves - I was only able to have them on for 3 minutes before they got cold. Trying to work it now and push some more wax out of the fingertips and back into the palm, for a more even distribution.

There are no heating instructions, which was frustrating. After 7 minutes in the microwave, a pair was definitely not hot enough, so we switched to heating up water in a pot on the stove and adding them there that worked well and in 5-10 minutes, they alwere heated through. I can't imagine this would work with a second or third use though. We also did have to cut bigger slits for our feet as well. Otherwise though, these worked well and were a fun girls night activity (once they were heated through).

If I could give these a negative score, I would. The gloves are sized for a child at best, and the flimsy plastic seal feels like it was “engineered” by the same imaginary second graders who designed the fit. Once opened, you are stuck with them since they are not eligible for return, which is the only way I can imagine Amazon justifies continuing to sell this kind of junk. The real shame is shared between Paraffin Wax Works for making such a poor-quality product, and Amazon for choosing to keep it on the shelf instead of protecting customers. Everyone involved should be embarrassed that this ever made it into a box, much less online to sell

I gave this to a friend and she really loves it. She was excited that you can use it 4 times. I'm ordering a set for myself now.
