We bought 5 new packs of Fujifilm instax 9 and brought then with us on our flight from SF (US) to TLV (israel).We gave the camera and the films to our grandchildren and found out that the 5 packs are damaged and cannot be used to take pictures.All pictures are black. To find out whether the camera is damaged or the films that we bought in US , we bought new packs in Israel and they are OK, we get very good pictures.Unfortunately the 5 packs bought from you were damaged when received them or on the flight. All packs were in their original boxes and Aluminim covers.Why did it happen? Appreciate your answers.Thank you in advanceHana Ilovich

After inserting a new film cartridge in the camera, the first picture I took came out with a black streak on the face of it and a streak of wet ink on the back side. I took a couple more pics and they did the same thing. I removed that cartridge and inserted another new cartridge. The first pic seemed to have the same issue but with less "wet" ink on it. I clicked off a few more pics and each one showed reduced signs of the original problem. After about the 4th or 5th pic it was completely corrected. Had to was a lot of pics to clear the problem.

Excellent product .Easy to use with y Fuji camera. Film is of high quality as are the pictures it produces. Fast service too, arrived as promised and priced right too. The lens cleaner is a nice perk. I'd definitely order from this re-seller again!

It’s still a bit pricey but still cheaper than buying it in store. I do like the amount you get.
