I’ve been looking for nightgown/house dress that would be modest and flattering. Something especially to wear during those first few weeks postpartum. This has a very modest neckline and length, nursing friendly, soft and has a nice feminine drape. I ordered one at first but got 2 more so I can just rotate after baby comes. If I had a complaint, the material is a little thin, so you need a sleep bra underneath if you’re wearing it around the house. But I like that it is light because I’m usually hot. But easy to layer if it is cooler. Just add a sweater or leggings.

I wore this at the hospital after giving birth and it was so comfortable. The hospital was super warm and this kept me cool. The buttons were easy to fasten/unfasten with one hand and gave plenty of access for breastfeeding. I left the buttons undone most of the time because my baby was nursing so frequently and it’s stretchy enough that I could cover myself sufficiently when someone came in even with the buttons open. My only complaint is that it’s very long which can be a good thing if you like that but it was a little cumbersome for me in bed. Still love it though!

Wear it almost everyday since having a baby a month ago. It’s been washed several times and holds up great. Will buy in different colors.

This dress is everything I was looking for in a house dress, comfortable can be worn in multiple seasons, and covers to my knees so I don’t feel exposed walking around the house.
