Brass Shrader Valve
I purchased these valves with the intent of retrofitting my older non-TPMS car with an add-on aftermarket TPMS system that uses sensorized valve caps. Unfortunately, this aftermarket TPMS system, while offering real-time tire pressure display on its solar powered dashboard mounted head unit, only comes with a sensor cap that does not offer in-line air pressure adjustment. The user is forced to remove the sensor cap in order to adjust the air pressure. Otherwise, it is a very good Aftermarket TPMS system. So, my remedy for this drawback is to add a second valve to the wheel rim, allowing me to keep the sensor cap installed while able to adjust the tire pressure with the second valve. Voilá !! Problem solved.

Slow leak
It made it easy to air up. However it has a slow leak and the air in the tire would leave out in 4 days.

Good looking valve stems. Good for pressurizing 2 liter soda bottles
I will mount these valves in soda bottle caps to pressurize the bottles half filled with water. With a motion detector and an electrically operated water valve, it will automatically spray the chickens with water, making them flee. This is a part of my chicken deterrent - to keep the little feathered dinosaurs out of our flower beds.
