JLab Epic Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds - Bluetooth Wireless Headphones and USB Charging Case with Active Noise Cancelling, IP55 Sweat Resistance and Signature 3 EQ Sound

I’d describe myself as an audiofile and bought these as a cheaper, more portable set for when I don’t want to carry round my big over-ear cans.I was blown away by the sound quality. The app is great too and the innovative carry case is brilliant. The touch controls actually work and aren’t confusing/irritating like some other ones I’ve tried in the past.Honestly they are amazing and I’m so happy with them I’m leaving a review- I never usually leave reviews!!

So incredibly disappointed in these! I love JLab headphones and, wanted a new set. They were on offer so, I thought what a bargain! Straight away they wouldn’t turn on. No damage to them so, I assumed the needed a good charge. Fully charged the pack and, left them to charge overnight. Still nothing. I tested and they only charge for 3 seconds and turn off! Pointless. I looked online for any help and didn’t see anything. It seems since this “offer” was put on by Amazon, there is now many many reviews saying the same things. I missed the deadline for a refund due to going on holiday so, now I’m down over £50 and, have no working headphones. I will be finding a more reliable brand to buy headphones from now on.

I’ll start with saying that I am by no means an expert when it comes to headphones, so this is a review written from the point of view of a non techy, ‘everyday’ ordinary purchaser, who was fortunate to be offered these ear buds via the Vine Program and was more than happy to try them out and give a purely layman’s review of them.They come in an extremely nice, smart and easily giftable box. They scream quality before even opening and this only continues once you open the box.I have found these ear buds to be extremely good quality with lovely clear and crisp sound that has no unwanted noise or lagging. The battery life is also excellent and I have used them for a full say when fully charged which is great, especially as they charge very quickly and easily.The case is good although I’mNot overly keen on the fake leather cover, but this is no huge problem and something I can easily cope with, the charging cable is not detachable which I would prefer as I do worry about it breaking, however the box can be charged via a wireless pad so this isn’t a deal breaker.I love that you get a range of ear tips including a mouldable pair as there is surely a pair to suit every ear which is a great addition and the fact that all settings can be operated via an app on your phone is pure genius and extremely simple to use.The ear buds look fantastic and are suitable for using in damp conditions as they are waterproof to a degree which is helpful, plus they can be used regardless of what you are doing and they stay in place well.They have a wide range of features that are personally adjustable for you and they are comfortable and perform impressively.Overall I have been extremely impressed with this product and consequently I am more than happy to recommend it, they are not the top of the range, but at £79.99 (price at the time of review) they don’t confess to be, however they are fantastic for their price point and I think they are definitely a 5 star product.I hope that this review has been helpful to you in deciding whether this is the right product for you.

I like almost everything expect that mic is not good; the other person can hardly hear me. The case is a bit large and oddly shaped but has good battery life and usb cable so that is a tradeoff which is actually not that bad.

Extremely disappointed with the products. Do not buy. Read reviews and I'm wasn't the only one with this issue. The earbuds do not turn on. Furthermore only the left side appears to be charging. Cannot reset it manually either since it’s not charging.

First Impression:Did not expect so professionally made and packed item like this. On the first sight these can be compared to some high quality famous branded earbudsExperiences:After unboxing them I got stunned with the look, feel and amount of work put into these. Highly professional product easy to set up and what is most important sound is a big boom. Features are spot on and I cannot find any fault with these.Going over to case it is a smart design, compact and It makes you not to forget it anywhere you go. Top cover is made from soft, skin like material. Short USB made as a part of the case? Nothing more we could ask for and it gives cable freedom so all you will have in your pocket is your case and earbuds and will be able to charge it anywhere you go.There are 5 additional tips. 4 silicone and 1 pair of soft foam which forms to your ear. Soft foam tips are something new for me, so this is one more surprise on the list. These tips will cover every ear size and shape that is for sure.Overall, earbuds are highly responsive to touch, many options available, different eq options and main feature is Smart Active Noise cancellation and is a game changer. This can be especially useful when you stop the music but do not want to take them out. When SANC is on you can set it up to your preference and it will “leak” all the sound from outside world which will make you feel like you almost have nothing in your ears, and you will be able to hear everything nice and clear.Price wise I would say these are worth every penny, no complaints as before I’ve seen and had experience with earbuds close to this price and they were nowhere close to these ones.Pros:SANC optionVery responsiveHigh qualitySmart and nicely made caseCons:Absolutely nothingProduct aim:People who are looking for high quality earbuds and can stretch their budget a bit.Quality:Extremely high quality, smart design and a lot of work put in them

Primero que nada el paquete venía sin ningún tipo de protección en la caja de envío, una vez que saque los audífonos no encendian así que los puse a cargar pensando que era un tema de batería pero aún así no prendieron. Una muy mala experiencia la verdad

I have WAY too many Bluetooth headphones. I have a pair of Jabra Elite Sports that I have never used, and when I took them out, the left one doesnt’ work. Turns out, it’s a super common thing and there’s nothing I can do b/c I’m way past the warranty period. So I was looking for sweat proof headphones for running and cycling with GOOD sound quality that weren’t $200 AND have hear through so I can hear traffic. Enter the JLAB EPIC AIR ANC. The hear through works GREAT. I can hear traffic and other people just fine. The sound quality is soooo good! You can even customize your own EQ. The sound rivals my Bose sport headphones for half the price (which I why I don’t work out with the Bose… if they’re not REALLY sweat proof I don’t want to be replacing ANOTHER $200 pair if headphones). They’d be a GREAT deal at their $100 price but they always seem to be on sale. I’m probably going to buy a back up pair next time I see them on a great deal price b/c my luck is when I need to replace them, they’re out of production.
