I was nervous about buying refurbished but didn’t want to drop over $1000 on a brand new one when I’ve never owned an iPad before. After researching and comparing prices and searching reviews, I finally purchased this one. I couldn’t be happier! It came a few days earlier than planned, and it was well packaged, no flaws, and it works amazingly! I bought it for drawing and painting, so I bought an Apple Pencil (elsewhere) and synced with the Apple Pencil and runs Procreate (a painting and drawing app) like a dream! The charger was generic but I just bought my own Apple one to go with it. The screen is huge, the color is good, and I have zero issues with screen sensitivity. There’s always a risk of buying refurbished, but this was one worth taking. Works as good as I hoped it did, and I’d probably buy from this seller again if I need to in the future. :)

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It's nice and all but the battery only last an hour after charging. I tried contacting the seller but it went to an AI chat. Once I answered the questions it wouldn't let me go any further to explain the problem. There's no number or email address to get on touch with the seller. I wish I could give it less than one star. Save yourself and don't buy from this seller.

I Love my new iPad I just recently purchased from Amazon. It’s way bigger than I had actually expected but it was an extremely nice surprise. Haven’t quite explored it yet I’m still waiting for it to charge to 100% before I break it out and spend hrs./days on exploring every single aspect of my new IPad. Especially since the iPad I had just before I bought my new iPad I had actually had the same iPad for just over 8-10yrs. So getting to finally have the means to treat myself to this brand new one absolutely feels Amazing…. Happy Early 43rd Birthday for Meee!!!!

If it weren't for the tiny scratch on the screen I would swear it were brand new! It's in great condition and def worth the money. It's fast, has plenty of space and I'm very pleased! Much better paying $400 than $1000. Not worth it in my opinion. The one downside besides the scratch is the generic charger that was like 1 foot long I swear... Useless. So if you purchase this iPad go ahead and purchase an apple certified charger. Also, the battery last a good while but it's not the fastest to charge, so I charge it overnight. The charger I got keeps from over charging! Overall... Great investment!

This item arrived before stated time & I was delighted. I was & still am under the weather. Charged it tried to update software…. then the battery.went dead within 2/3 hrs. Charged it again…software update to 16.3 tried to find out why it won’t update further. Even a full battery charge only lasts couple hours. I can’t find out anything so if you can HELP ME…. I know wi-go, 128 go. Please reach out to me as it’s timely.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS FOR A VERY SHORT WHILE AND HAVE NOT REALLY HAD OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT, SO FAR IT BEHAVES LIKE A BRAND NEW MACHINE!

I really wanted a 13” iPad but I couldn’t find a newer one that was under my top price. I ended up getting a 2nd generation iPad for around $400. It arrived on time but I couldn’t load it, it would shut off before I got about 1/3 of the way loading the info I needed to get the iPad working. I will never order anything for anything even close to being that old!

Battery could be better seems to drain fast but when connected it’s fine. No issues in software

This iPad looks and feels brand new, even though i think it’s first generation. I’m using it as a laptop basically, I have the pencil and I bought a Apple folding keyboard for it which works great.

it did arrive very well packed, with an off-brand charger and a usb cablet that could be longer. the ipad looked almost like new, some imperceptible scratches in the back but it works and performs great with the latest IOS installed. I purchased an apple pencil to use with it and it is just great. My only remark is the battery life, I was expecting to hold a bit longer but it really drains the battery fast and it takes too long to recharge. If you could use it plugged in all times it will be perfect.
