You can't go wrong with Bragg's. This is the original, trusted ACV with the "mother" intact. I use it for so many things: a daily morning tonic (1 tbsp in water with a dash of honey), in salad dressings, for pickling vegetables, and even as a natural cleaner (diluted!). The organic, raw, unfiltered quality is obvious. For wellness, I find it helps with digestion and gives me a gentle energy boost to start the day. The bottle is a great size that lasts a while.

Well of course this does not taste good but it works amazingly well for your health! I add it to my salad dressing and even my tea sometimes. It's good for your hair too.
