Better than the name brands!
Let me start this off by saying that I am an artist. I am one of those picky artists who is obsessed with finding the perfect paint or the perfect paintbrush.. or the perfect.... paint pen. I have a massive collection of paint pens with names such as Posca, Montana and Molotow. We all know those paint pens aren't cheap and they come with flaws. I took a risk and decided to buy these because I was drawn to the range of color! I felt it was worth the risk! Let me tell you..It was definitely worth the risk! I've included a pic of a fraction of my markers and paint pens in my review so you can get an idea of what I work with for comparison. This is not a paid review and I definitely bought all 5 or 6 sets with my own money so, I'll copy and paste this review on every set I've purchased. Pros:1. Easy to get the paint to flow. Shake it to mix any settled paint. It took about 4 pumps on average to get the paint to flow.2. Great coverage. I even tested yellow over black. Posca can't compare to this. I included a picture with multiple layers of different colors overlapping for reference.3. The tips aren't getting clogged with paint. Anyone who as dealt with an ultra fine Posca and the muddy mess that can unexpectedly happen on a project knows the frustration. It hasn't happened once.4. The fine lines are comparable to Posca Ultra Fine.5. The color range is phenomenal. They aren't dups of the same color. Each color is different and is perfect for the painting without actually having to paint effect.6. I havent tried it yet, but I can bet these would be great for rock painting also.7. These work WONDERFUL on YUPO paper. You might need to let a layer dry and double it up. Not because of the paint, but because of the nature of Yupo.Cons: None? I can't really think of any cons. I am sad I have spent literally thousands of dollars before I found these. I haven't done enough research to know if I'll be able to order replacements of specific colors if I go through certain colors faster than others so, I suppose that could be a foreseeable problem if that option is not available. Hopefully, they have the option to "build your own" or customize or order colors or refills directly from the manufacturer.

Great Colors - Good Pens - Excellent Customer Service
First, I have to say that I LOVE the packaging for these pens! Each pen is numbered on the cap or up side and there is a color key printed on one side of the box. The company also included a small but nice instructions sheet, in color with links to different Tooli-Art website online (FB, pinterest, etc).Love, Love, Love the vibrant colors! These are the best and brightest colors I've used. Excellent coverage. The instructions also say I should receive a free rock painting eBook, but I am not sure how to access it.Also included are a few extra tips in both sizes. However, I have to say that I found the pens themselves difficult to work with. The 1st pen I opened, #1 Glowing Red fine point - when I depressed the tip to "burp" the pen it became stuck inside instead of popping back out the way they normally do. Of course this resulted in too much ink-paint being released and rather a mess. I tried removing the tip with tweezers and inserting a new tip, but the problem remains. So I must be VERY careful if I want to use the red pen because of the flooded chamber (yes, I tried cleaning it out and absorbing the extra paint with a paper towel but it just fills back up (almost as if there were no sponge beneath the tip). The fine point tips on these pens are quirky, on some of the oranges the paint seems to run outside the pen nib, and to pool and dry before reaching the tip (more so when painting on glass or rock than on paper) so that in order to draw with the tip I need to shake the paint off or scrape it from the side then spread it with the tip. The others sometimes fill with too much paint (even when not pumped) as if once breached the paint chamber never closes properly and so nearly always has too much paint. I use the fine tip pens most but I have had no difficulty with the medium point pens at all yet.The manufacturer says to contact them, and I will do so and update my review accordingly.Update: I contacted Tooli-Art and they were very helpful. The faulty pen set was replaced right away and the new pens work great. I am very pleased and impressed with this company and look forward to buying additional pen sets.

very opaque and bright, great if you love poscas
I have no idea why 'sheerness' is a feature, but I'm rating it 5 stars in it being optimally.. not-sheer? These write amazingly opaque.I'm a huge fan of poscas, and when my friend let my bf borrow some of these, they definitely looked inline with them quality-wise so I asked for the brand and got some right away. 1-day shipping later, and yep they write amazingly. I'll have fun adding these into my posca palette. The thin ones can write very thin (unless you saturated the tip too much, just blot it a bit), and the thicker can cover a wide surface area. My standard size poscas are kind of inbetween when it comes to tip size, so I like that a lot.

Nice, but not much ink in them
Overall, these are very nice markers. Some are more Fluorescent than others. The blues and purple really don't glow under UV lighting. I wish there was more ink in them. They are not very full, even when new. They work best if you wash the tips periodically. Also, I wish you could buy individual markers. I use them a lot and run out of the yellow, pink and orange quickly. Because of that, I have to buy another box and I end up having too many of the other colors.

Pricey but works well
These are good. I had to return as I had an issue with the price. Other than that - I’ll be these one day. Great quality.
