Fish Oil Capsules, Omega Sufficiency by Innate Choice, Strawberry Lime 240 Capsules

I love that with this Omega 3 Supplement you get a variety of the good Omega 3's and high quality with NO fishy after taste ever! The capsules are large, so if you have trouble swallowing them, suck on the them! They actually have a pretty good taste to them, maybe just a little fish flavor that goes away as soon as it dissolves. But nothing like other products that I have tried and burped fish all day! I have also used the lemon flavor. Good stuff!

Best fish oil I have ever used. My chiropractor recommended it for a good product that didn't need to be frozen to be tolerable and since it's not fermented oil, it doesn't bother my digestive system. I do like the lemon better than the strawberry/lime, but I still like both.

The lemon flavor is a lot better than the strawberry lime imo but I've tried both flavors and still recommen either. I take these along with my other prenatal vitamins and I really swear by them. They are kinda big but I feel like they really did me right during my first pregnancy and now again with my second. They don't make you feel gross or nauseous (Or at least for me they haven't) They don't taste awesome but as far as vitamins go I've definitely tasted and smelled much worse. I continued to take them postpartum and while breastfeeding too. I feel like they kept my nails and hair strong which was a nice added benefit.

No upset stomache or fish taste. I even can chew them.

This is a quality product that I trust. My chiropractor recommended this brand of fish oil, and we've used it for several years now. I just went to order more and was absolutely shocked at how much it has gone up. $13 more per bottle than it was my last order. It was already more expensive than most fish oils. I was okay with that since it's a great product. However...times are tight and it's affecting all of us. Unfortunately, products like this are the ones we have no choice but to drop from our shopping list. Really bummed.

These capsules dropped my triglycerides from extremely elevated back to normal. And no fishy taste!

Great fish oil, no fish burps at the dosage I use. I have used 2 capsules a day for quite a while. I doubled the dosage for a while due to an injury, as it helps with inflammation. No fish burps, but after 2 weeks I could smell it in my urine, not worth it, went back to 2 a day no problems. A little pricey but worth it.

I previously purchased the lemon flavored capsules. I can't really tell the difference in flavor as they don't make me burp and you don't chew them. But these are a really great quality and were recommended by my midwives for healthy fat during my pregnancy.
