Exactly What I'd Hoped For
Arrived as promised. This is the second Lenovo Chromebook I've ordered. Gave the first one to my daughter who said she loves it. The new one is used primarily by my wife for email, photos and web browsing. Able to have multiple windows and apps running without noticeable slow down. A great operating system and Lenovo provided a great inexpensive laptop with nice features like the touchscreen. Would highly recommend.

Ship with a different company!
I liked that the inner box that had my Chromebook in it was VERY sturdy. I like the changes & upgrades Google has made to the Chromebook! It is one AWESOME computer! It was very easy to set up & link with my phone.I DID NOT LIKE...that the box my computer was delivered in was smashed on one side & ripped open. Thank goodness the inside box for the actual product was very sturdy & nothing was wrong with the computer.So I recommend the seller ship with a different company with such expensive items. I've never had problems with a package shipped by Amazon.

Not worth the price
Coming up on 2 years of usage. Including updates and usual maintenance, starting to fizzle out. The touchscreen no longer accepts my fingertips while game playing. The battery life us excellent but don't rely on heavy gaming like I did. Camera not good when uploading to youtube; ratio aspect automatically changes. I like it but frustrated that it's on the fritz. It reboots automatically after the last update. It's bulky. When you lay it flat to work or start bending it, the hinges squeak. Thinking of donating it.

So far so good. It’s for a 12 year old boy and only been using it for a month… he likes it and works just fine with his games and videos

2021 Lenovo flex
I purchased 2. One for my son and the other for my niece. They are on them constantly. It's a very sleek and solicited design. I wish I had purchased one for myself.
