This is one more to my Nordicware pans - it’s an ideal gift for cake lovers . Wish to have the entire range step by step .

This pan is not evenly generating heat like other Nordic Ware pans. Sp. For cakes when compared to other pans , due to uneven heat distribution, centred portion is either uncooked or if that becomes perfect then outer surface gets burnt.

Easy to use and the cake came with perfect pattern 👌🏻

Good size for making a simple tea cake for two. Cake just pops out of it. I only use butter to religiously coat it.

I like the quality and unusual shape.

I would add a photo, but the coffee cake I made in this pan is nearly gone. It happened very quickly. The Jubilee Cast Loaf Pan is heavy gauge aluminum. It holds and dristributes heat very well, anmd just bakes better. I have a bunt pan from this line and was just amazed at what happened with an easy quick bread recipe that I thought about getting another right away. I didn't because we really do not have the space to store another bunt pan which doesn't nest. I might have said the same of loaf pans, but this is so much better quality than my other metal loaf pans that I can find the space by putting all the others in the Goodwill box.Quick breads rise an inch or two higher in these pans. It's almost like magic.The design is crisp (as it can be in dough) but it takes careful prep to remove things well... at least I used a good deal more butter than I would have with a straight edge loaf pan. Despite having intricate designs, none of the pans have undercuts so loaves are easy to remove, more so than they look like they will be. I like the pan well enough that I almost ordered a second for my daughter, who is a chef. I may well. I just need to find out if she has the space for it first. {She is very particularly about cooking equipment, has a lot, and a little space.} This would be a worth addition.

Certo il prezzo è più alto rispetto agli altri stampi, ma sono veramente prodotti di qualità. La cura dei dettagli è fantastica, il materiale robusto e durevole, la torta che sfornerete, unica! Questo in particolare plasma dei plumcake particolareggiati e geometrici.Mi piace molto, ce l'ho ormai da qualche anno e non si è rovinato per nulla, io lo lavo sempre a mano con acqua calda e poco sapone per piatti, con una spazzolina dalle setole delicate per rimuovere i residui che si fermano nella trama dello stampo. Consiglio vivamente di imburrare e infarinare per bene prima dell'utilizzo, magari aiutandosi con un pennello.Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto.Spero che questa mia breve recensione vi sia utile, grazie per averla letta.

Die Form ist wirklich spitze, um einfache Kuchenrezepte aufzuwerten.Ich bin Mama von zwei kleinen Kindern und da werden häufig mal „schnelle“ Rezepte aus dem Hut gezaubert. Oder in diesem Fall tolle Kuchen aus der Form gezaubert. Der Kuchen bzw auch die Brote haben sich bisher immer hervorragend lösen lassen, ich habe die Form nur gebuttert.
