Transformation journal
There are two journals I use regularly and this one is one of them. I love how concise it is yet it prompts me to be grateful, to be mindful on being kind or doing a good deed every day and for setting my day up for good things. I really love this journal.

Perfect For Your Morning Routine
I have now tried the gratitude journal and the success journal. I now alternate every 6 months between them. The gratitude one has been an incredible way to start my day on a positive note. The success journal has really helped with my days organization. I've struggled with ADHD and this has helped me get centered and move forward with tasks instead of 'freezing' for hours.

Initial Setup
Love this journal. I've been using it for several weeks now. Just a fair warning though there is a lot of reading and 'initial setup' in the beginning. Sort of like vision board activities to help get you clear on what your priorities are. You can probably skip that stuff if you're not interested, but they are also pretty neat little exercises. They just take quite a bit longer than six minutes and there's a good bit of reading invovled.

I got this journal yesterday and it is absolute perfection! The beginning has around 70 or so pages of an introduction, but I don't mind this as I like to read books on the topics covered. It also contains only 6 days of the week, but this is also ok for me as I take Saturday/Sunday as more relaxed days and don't have many to do's; I can merge the two days into one page:) It was so difficult for me to pick my values, and I spend such a long time writing and thinking yesterday about it! Love that it makes me set my priorities straight. I also love the habit tracker, as habits are something I struggle with! I set them but don't follow them. This journal helps me so much with this! I love it, I love it, I love it. Only shame is that it is not for the whole year, but I suppose it would be too big otherwise.

... This diary and Steven Bartlett's which by the way is double in price. After looking at some reviews of the latter on Reddit, I am so so happy I went with this! (I love SB's podcasts but the diary is nothing to write home about) I bought this a year ago, but I wasn't ready to use it just then. My life just wasn't settled enough to have time for goals or desires. A year later after having achieved a few things, I feel ready to do this properly. This alongside a fantastic goal-setting challenge from my client (whoever wants to find her I think the challenge is still free on LinkedIn. Name is Amanda Doyle, coach in Washington area) and I am finally ready to do goals the right way around. The diary needs a bit of attention and time, and when you sit down for the value bit, what I found helpful was to have my daily therapy journal next to me, so that I can assess based on specific situations what choices I make that show the value I prioritise. E.g. authenticity Vs belonging - that's a bit abstract for my brain, but if you find specific examples like: I swear a lot and that's how I feel authentic. If I am in a relationship / in a circle of friends I will not give up on my "sweary" way of being in order to fit in => so authenticity is more important than belonging All in all a fantastic purchase and I love the author's story as well! Proud to support such a great small business
