Although I ordered the wrong product it came as described. Highly recommend seller

The phone works fine but it was obviously reconditioned. I take that back two days later the answering part of the phone would not program my cell phone company couldn't get it to work don't buy this phone it's a piece of crap and it's expensive

Under "About This Item" the Amazon description reads, "GSM Unlocked phone, compatible with AT&T + T-mobile. Not compatible with Verizon nor Verizon MVNO's." The main description reads, "ANS F30 4G LTE Unlocked Flip Phone - Unlocked, Compatible with T-Mobile & AT&T, Not Compatible with Verizon Nor Verizon MVNO's." The Truth is the OPPOSITE of this. After hours of trying and following troubleshooting guides, I find that in Settings, under "Wireless and Networks", under "Cellular Networks" under "Network Mode" there is only one "choice": LTE/CDMA. What lazy incompetence and indifference to the customer this reveals. I bought this ONLY because I needed a GSM phone. I am returning this (otherwise nice phone) in DISGUST. I am due to take off on a road trip and I needed a cell phone for emergencies. Thanks for wasting my precious time and leaving me high and dry. Hope I keep someone else out of this pit.

I use it for telephone calls only. But I had to switch the Verizon SIM to a US Mobile SIM. I found it impossible to remove the first SIM without damaging the clip that holds it in. The result is that my new SIM is held in place by Scotch tape & I have to reposition it when it slips. The phone works fine otherwise. I would give it 4 stars if it were not for this one big problem. I have ordered another, different, flip phone because I don't think Scotch tape is going to be a permanent installation.

WiFi, Bluetooth, Browser, and Mobile Hotspot work really well. Call quality is HD. Reception is good. There is no keyboard lag so feel free to punch in as fast as you want. There is no way to set T9 as a default which is 1 downside. I got it activated on Verizon but I did have to chat with a rep to assist. Basic phones have a special setting that isn't yet worked out with the Verizon online activation tool. There was a software update for the phone and I suggest you all install it to be up to date. I had some questions about T9. I noticed some English contractions are not in the dictionary/database (she's, I'll) and for the ones that are, they act sort of buggy when trying to type them. I wanted to contact the manufacturer but the customer service # in the included booklet goes to an automated message saying the line is busy. Their website hasn't been updated to show the ANS F30 on it, and the email I tried on their support website got rejected (aka not deliverable). I found their support number from an online manual for the US Cellular version of the ANS F30. I spoke with someone about these issues but never can get someone to pick up when I call back. Not sure how they are supposed to make improvements for the users. Besides T9, I am having issues with the texting app. Some conversations are still showing in bold as if there is an unread message. They are for contacts who sent a group MMS message. This does not go away and is super misleading. The MMS group messages don't download automatically fast enough. I either have to manually download them or if there are multiple messages pending to download, they will all download at once 10 minutes later. I do not recommend this phone because of its MMS issues and because customer support is not outwardly available. These issues could be resolved via a Software Update but you would have to bring the issue to the company first and they would have to work on it. That doesn't seem to be happening.

I set it up yesterday, but first impressions are that this is a good choice if you are looking for a basic flip phone with good audio (sound is great on both ends). It works with US Mobile after a software update. So far - very happy with the purchase.

I ordered this phone or my aunt because Verizon didn't have the model she wanted Install It says it is Verizon unlocked et cetera. She took a to Verizon and they said it was not a Verizon phone. I'm trying to return this phone And my only choice is to return it to a drop off and paying for the label myself. I shouldn't have to pay for the label and UPS should come out to my house and get I'll spank it for me as far as I'm concerned

Has a couple of good features. Can open screen to choice of functions is a favorite. Have not found Voicemail particularly user friendly. To be fair this 2nd line & rarely used. Serves my purposes. Good for the money
