Not Bad for a Cheap set of Rings
A $20 set of rings, give them a chance. This was my second set purchased, the first was for my old 270 that I put a new scope on. Was I surprised at the quality and sturdiness of these units, very nicely made so when I replacer the Scope on my Savage 12FV with a better one with a 30mm tube I went right back to the Monstrum rings. I used to use Weaver but their over $50 a set now so I decided to give the Monstrum's a chance, at worst I would loose $20. They fit perfectly, the finish was excellent and when I dropped the new scope in them the bore sight was almost spot on, just had to raise the reticle a little. All in All a great set of rings, my 12FV just posted a .370" 5 round group 3 weeks ago and with almost 300 rounds downrange they are still tight. I'm a very happy customer.

Very Good Results
Very surprised and quite pleased with quality. These went on large caliber bolt actions with Vortex glass. My usual sources were sold out all over and the price increases were not justified. Max loads at the range did not result in unfavorable loosening or movement of the scope. These rings were at least equal to if not better than the competition and I have used the "L" rings for over 30 years. Very highly recommended.

Monstrum delivers!
As always Monstrum delivers a great product at an affordable price! They are scope rings and work well and as intended, nothing bad to say about them. No stripped threads or screws, everything tightened down properly and secure. A+! Amazon shipping was fast as usual.

No torque specs!...but great rings for the price.
Great rings, perfect fit and looks great BUT they don't tell you the torque specs. You have to visit Monstrum's website since it isn't even mentioned on their Amazon ad. For the ring base to pic rail: 25 in lbs. For the rings to scope: 18 in lbs. Also, I recommend using Vibra-TITE instead of Loctite. Loctite is great for locking threads on engine parts or machinery parts that don't move. Vibra-TITE is kinda "gummy" and is designed to lock in parts that vibrate (like a recoil of a weapon). Your choice though but yeah, great rings especially for the price but the lack of torque specs drop a star since I shouldn't have to hunt them down. They should be posted in the box with the rings.

Solid rings for a bargain price
As long as you aren't shooting something super long range or with a crazy amount of recoil on it, these rings will hold up just slapping them on and going to town. If you need more out of them, I would lap them and really take your time mounting. Mine were initially a little off when I mounted the scope without lapping the rings but all I did was swap the location of each ring and my scope was dead on. Still recommend them for the price for sure.

outstanding purchase
My first time using Monstrum scope rings, I had nothing to compare them to. When they arrived, I was quite surprised at how heavy duty they were made. These rings can handle any caliber recoil you mount them on. I would recommend these ring for any weapon.

Nice Looking but Rough.. Did not mate well with my scope and rifle.
I used these to mount a Vortex Venom on to my Ruger American Magpul 6.5 Creedmoor. I used my Laser Boresighter Program to dial in 100 yards. Went out to the range and could not hit an 8" target. Windage and elevation adjustments made no difference. I came back to remount the scope. When I loosened the rings there were marks on the scope barrel. I flipped the rings, dialed it in again with the bore sighter, went back out to the range and still could not hit a 8" target at 100 yards. I replaced these with a set of Vortex Precision 34mm rings. Sighted in, went back out to range. 5 shots later a 3" pattern at 100yards. The Monstrum rings obviously did not mate well with the Ruger and Vortex setup. I was also not happy that they had left marks on the scope barrel.
