Super fun and great quality after we recieced a working replacement
Update: we recieved excellent customer service and we’re sent a replacement that worked perfectly! It works nicely with our brio, imaginarium and Thomas trains and my kids have had hours of fun with it.Original:When the package arrived the remote didn’t seem secure but the packaging was attached. After setting it up for my son the train works but the remote control does not. So disappointed to have received a faulty product.

Nice remote controlled locomotive!
Bought the ICE that has the same remote control features some years ago for my son. After intense play, that doesn't always drive forward any longer. As my boy and his friend rediscovered Brio some weeks ago and are building really elaborate tracks now, I wanted to buy a second remote controlled loco. So this was it, and ut works well and the boys love it. My only criticism: I find it a bit ugly, and it looks plasticky in a way the ICE never did. So if you want to get one of the two, I'd recommend the ICE.

Great little train
I bought this for my 3 year old. He loves it. It has a remote. However, it can be controller without it. The only issue is that the remote is infrared. So, if there is no line of sight, it won't work. I would definitely buy again though.
