Festool496121 Longlife Filter Bag Longlife for CT 36

This bag is kind of a necessary evil on this vacuum. The capacity is so small that you will be emptying it often. I have multiple Festool vacuums and I consider this long life filter bag a must on this model. The stitching on the bag is weak and rips easily while trying to open it. I had some reinforcing stitching sewn into it to fix that issue.

These save a lot of money with the portable festool vacuum.

It is good quality but it made in China .

A must have for this vac. It should come standard. It probably cost $5 to make.

$80 for this bag? The price is way over the top but what can you do but buy a Festool bag? They've got you over a barrel. It works great but the cost is ridiculous!

Not as good performance as disposable bags

I like Festools. Have bought them for over 25 years and without fail always question my sanity at paying their outrageous prices. Until I use them.This bag is the perfect example, £45 odd or £30 from Amazon Warehouse, it looks on the surface to be a contender for 'rip-off of the year' until you look at the prices of the disposable bags and work out that you will be in money saving mode reasonably quick. It is effective, easy to empty and compacts debris well.Absolutely no leakage through the bag and into the excellent little CT SYS extractor. Recommended.

Nice bag but dust sticks to the velcro strip that keep the bag closed. Would much rather have a course zip.Pro - much cheaper in the long run buying this and emptying it than buying disposable bags!

Excellent quality and real money saver as the extraction unit fills quickly and bag allows for quick emptying
