I was referred to this supplements by a chiropractor game I trust completely. I was told it would help with tissue recovery and athletic performance and I have not been disappointed. The supplements is nearly tasteless, easy to consume and I have felt a fairly dramatic shift in my sports performance for the better. I do a lot of heavy Olympic lifting and high intensity exercise and the effects on both recovery and fat loss are undeniable.

Presently using half dosage due to other protocols I'm using. My goal as a baby-boomer is quality of life issues and "PDCM" will be part of my long term regiment to accomplish this.

I started taking these a month ago to help me with my RLS (restless leg syndrome), and I've noticed a dramatic reduction in my symptoms. Also, I practice hot yoga every day and sweat a lot! Taking a mineral supplement is imperative for replenishing what I've lost during my sweaty practice, and PDCM minerals were recommended to me as an excellent source. I mix the minerals into my evening cocktail of amino acids and Calm brand cal/mag powder, and I sleep like a rock.
