To make a change to your car using the app you have to spend credits. To get credits you have to pay for a yearly subscription. The subscription is not the credits, but it used to allow you to get credits by logging in daily, watching ads, etc. In the last update they took away the ability to earn credits that way, now they can't be earned by any way other than paying for them in cash. The subscription is not cheap, but it was cheaper than paying a few bucks in cash for every adaptation. If you watched the ads you could get a free one a couple times a week. But they took that away without warning halfway through the subscription.Its a great device but its very deceptive unethical, probably illegal in some places, but also just stupid to force a change to the terms of a $200/year subscription half way through the subscription that makes the subscription useless. At least offer a prorated refund, the ability to opt out, or don't force subscribers to make the change until their subscription is up for renewal. Im pretty sure this was illegal.

Easy to install and easy to use, convenient size feels quality, quick delivery would definitely recommend.

Firstly, ODBeleven’s device and software are top-notch. All good, especially for VW/Audi vehicles. My only complaint is how the “Pro” version and the credits are applied. After perusing their website and storefront, I (mistakenly) thought I got the right options selected, only to find out that wasn’t the case. This was further amplified by the steep discounts made available AFTER my purchase.

Ike others I was dubious about this having read some reviews and being iPhone user, however, man am I glad I purchased one of these. Simple to set up, credits came with the dongle, simply plugged in and it worked straight away. I was able to add dynamic colours to my interior lights and displays, change the digital dash display, add the dots on the digital dash so it’s more like the 2022 display and few other bits. I haven’t even used the basic function yet but all of that cost me 30 credits well worth the money. I would thoroughly recommend this. I have a 2019 Golf GTI performance and it was perfect for this model. I assume that they have got over the apple issue because it worked perfectly on my iphone
