Fantastic Grip, Vibration Reduction, and Look Great!
If you make only one modification to your bike, this is the one! I have put Kuryakyn ISO grips on both my bikes now (and installed them for a couple of friends). They look and feel wonderful!I was always skeptical on why someone would spend $60-80 for a set of grips... until I rode a friend's bike with Kuryakyn ISO grips... I was sold within the first few miles. Whether you have 7/8" bars or 1" bars, the O.D. of the grips are the same (clutch and throttle side), and larger is better for comfort and grip. These sure beat the uneven size of my stock grips, which wore me out. ISO grips create balance in size and grip diameter, which makes riding more comfortable!Grips are heavy (about a pound, each), which reduce vibration in your bars (and makes your hands happy on long rides)Spaces between "bumps" allow for great air-flowRubber is an excellent grip, with or with out gloves, not too hot in the sun, not numbing cold in cool weatherChrome is over metal... NOT plastic like the ISO knock-offs being sold everywhereGrips are very easy to install, as long as you have about 20-min to spare... Here's some hints not in instructions(not in any particular order):* Remove ALL of the old glue, and make sure bar and throttle grip are clean. Using a bit of alcohol to remove grease residue from your fingers will actually help the new glue work better.* Test fit the grips... if they are not "snug" on the bars or throttle, add tape per instructions. The more "snug" they are "dry"... the less glue you will need to use per grip (one tube of glue can do both grips and prevent plowing of excess glue if the grips are tight to start with).* Using the glue's applicator tip is nearly impossible. Use the tip to puncture the tube of glue, and apply glue straight from the tube without applicator... run two "beads" of glue 180-deg apart on the bar/throttle sides... as you twist on the grips, it will spread the glue better and prevent plowing.* Don't put any glue on the last inch of bar/tube before the switch housings (or on the first 1/2")... this will also prevent excess glue from plowing UP... most excess being pushed by the grip will spread onto the unglued area.* Sanding down the ribs on the throttle does help the glue cure and spread, but is not 100% necessary to get them 100% smooth.* When you test fit the grips... make sure you find the position that suits you best (i.e. rubber parts top/bottom, left/right, or somewhere in between) and MARK how you want them. Mark both sides of the grip, 180-deg offset with tape, so you can have alignment marks, on both sides of the grip, that line up as you twist the grips on.* When installing the throttle side, you can only twist the grip clockwise... keep pressure smooth and steady. If you go past your alignment mark, you only have a couple of seconds to twist the grip 180-deg to get back around where you want it!* Twisting the grips onto the bar/throttle helps prevent plowing the glue onto the switches. Cutting plastic "donut" shapes or re-using the stock, plastic donuts, to fit onto the bars will keep the glue off the switches too. My bike already had them, so I reused them.* Clean up excess glue quickly if you plow it forward... if not using donuts... Don't want to stick your throttle grip to the switch housing, or plow glue OVER the throttle tube and onto the bar, rendering your throttle useless.* The throttle tube has some play, up and down, on the bar. If you insert a screwdriver's flat blade between the switch housing and the tube, to keep the tube pushed away from the housing, it will allow you to slide the grip farther onto the tube, eliminating the "gap" of a few millimeters of throttle tube showing, that will occur if you just slide it on... check for yourself during test-fitting... if you have a gap due to tube sliding, this trick will eliminate that gap.** For this particular grip set, the throttle tube is included (already attached inside the grip), so it will need to be installed FIRST so you can adjust the clutch-side to the identical orientation for uniform look. To install the EASY WAY, find the clamp that holds the throttle cables to the side of your engine and remove the screw(s) that mount the end of the cables. Doing this will give you the free-play you need to remove the cables easily and quickly from the existing throttle sleeve. Once you re-install the new throttle-sleeve/grip, simply re-attach the mount to the side of the engine, and check for proper throttle operation - the need to adjust is rare if you do it this way.Glue sets in about 20-seconds, and reaches 75% cure in 5-10 minutes. Glue will fully cure in 2-8-hrs (if outdoors, depending on heat/humidity levels)... but the longer you wait (up to 24-hrs) the better, to ensure maximum curing of the glue before putting torque on the grips... you really don't want one falling off in your hand while accelerating down the highway :)UPDATE:Yes, I still love these grips! I've installed them on both my bikes, and installed them on several friend's bikes as well. If you love the look and feel of these grips... try adding on a Kury throttle-assist/palm-rest! I've put one on both sides of my big cruiser, and they make for tireless, effortless riding over distances, especially at constant speed.

Fits like a glove
I had previously bought a different brand of handlebar grips and they were a nightmare to try to install. After hours of wrestling with them, I finally got them on, only to have them break during the first test ride. Not so with these. It took me 20 minutes to get them installed. I let the glue dry for about 30 minutes before giving it a short test ride. These grips are the perfect size for my Honda Shadow. They fit my hands well, they're very grippy, and they have a nice heft to them that the stock grips don't. Highly recommend!

Good looking product seems to be good construction
Good looking product seems to be good construction. The glue really sticks so be certain where you want, it that is before one puts on the glue.I gave four stars, took a little longer to arrive, tacking was not available until it arrived. Also suppose to come from USA, ? Didn't say in as made in Korea.Still looks very good
