Upon opening, and removing the plastic stop, the pump did not work. After many times pumping, the cream appeared through, along the sides of the pump. I decided to open the pump and found a cluster of hairs stuck in the head of the pump. Product was serious contaminated with all sorts of black dots. This product has a disclaimer on the webpage!!! No health related product should have a disclaimer.. Amazon fails dramatically to curb and reign in rogue healthcare manufacturers. Moreover the price of these products is highly questionable.
