Very good quality & value for money ... comfortable and work well , on all exercises performed.They don’t slip or pinch . I would buy the same again .

Great resistance bands set
This set of cloth resistance bands for exercise is quite nice. After doing a lot of post surgery work with elastic resistance bands, these are much more comfortable and durable. They do not pinch your skin like the rubber ones. There is no rubber odor left behind, and adjusting them is very easy. The set came in a 3 pack, with a very nice storage bag. They are strong and provide excellent resistance with each band color providing a different resistance level. The storage of these takes only a small amount of room, as when rolled up and placed in the bag, is a size of a canned vegetable. I have used these for my recent knee, hip, and shoulder therapies after replacement and they have worked well for all three. Very nice set

These resistance bands are of pretty good quality and serve the purpose for training, as advertised. Great for the price and a lot easier to use than the pure elastic versions.

Great product
Non-slip and sturdy material which doesnt fold unnecessarily when doing leg exercises. It also comes in a nice little pouch that you can store them in, as well as a small manual for some exercise ideas.

Amazing product as described
I really love those resistance bands, the quality is really good and they are exactly as per the description I really recommend them I start using g them for glutes exercises and the heavy one is really heavy and the day after you will feel all your muscles!

Effective!
Been working out for so many years now and I finally started incorporating this resistance bands into my workouts and they are very effective! Really good strength to it too and comes with a mini book with some workouts to do with it too!
