Good flour
Works for bread as long as you knead it in the stand mixer for half hour. Since I can’t seem to find proper bread flour, that’s what I’m doing to release the gluten. It seems unbleached, which is obviously a plus, but I don’t see it mentioned on the package. Most flour I found here is unbleached though so maybe that’s why. The packaging isn’t paper but plastic. Worse for the environment but good if you’re planning to stock them up. They won’t leave flour residue in your cupboards.
