Q: Can I use adapalene gel (differin) with this moisturizer?

Yes, you can. I’ve been doing so for a few months now. You can always do the “sandwich” moisturizing method. Apply moisturizer, let it dry, then apply differin gel, and once dry, apply moisturizer again so you it doesn’t cause too much irritation. Overall, I’ve used this moisturizer for 2 years and it’s been amazing. You can always implement the 3 step moisture method to ensure you’re properly moisturizing, especially since the adapalene can be irritating.

Q: Why is there conflicting information about fragrance? Ingredient list says fragrance but manufacturer’s q&a says no fragrance.

There is no perfume or any obvious fragrance. There might be a subtle cream-like fragrance but it is very gentle. I use this cream all the time and I love it.
