Good Quality product

Works very well takes 5min to start and works properly. The steam is a bit slow and not strong, the product itself looks cheap but is great enough to do the job at a cheap price

I very much liked the product because 1) the steam has two ranges- low and high which can be adjusted accordingly 2) face and nose steam attachments helps for facial sauna for cleansing and cold/sinus respectively 3) It’s kids friendly as no water droplets spits out. 4) Design of the product is build for safely, compact. Though it’s pricey, I was looking for long term investment which is safe, and kids friendly!

I purchased 2 quantity.however amazon did a speedy delivery as i was flying to home country. I came here and plugged in but both of the device not working. It doesnt work at all. I cant return the item as well as i am in INDIA

We bought one from the pharmacy 5 yrs ago. Very sturdy and the product still works. We wanted another one so chose to buy online only to find it looks the same but the quality is very different. The knob adjuster is loose! I highly doubt if this product is made in Germany.

Takes atleast 7-10 min before steam rolls out. So prepare for that lead time. Some other products claim instant steam production...although I am not aware of any.

il giorno dopo aver fatto l’ordine, il pacco era già arrivato. in ottima condizione e funzionante!! subito provato ed è un ottimo prodotto, pratico e facile da usare e pulire, anche le regolazioni per i diversi livelli di potenza funzionano, si nota la differenza tra uno scatto e l’altro (cosa che pensavo non avrebbe funzionato).

I use this as an inhaler. It is simple to operate and very efficient. Its good points in my view are as follows: a) easy to put together and to dismantle, easy to clean too. b) produces steam very fast (about 2mn on position 2 with the maximum quantity of water) c) the nose attachment is just the right size and the right height. If I lay my elbows on a table I can stay in an appropriate position without any back ache. d) the quantity of steam produced on setting 1. is just right for the nose attachment. e) seems very safe to use. You can modulate the heat by moving a little further away from the nose attachment but I haven't found this necessary. f) the main advantage compared to the old bowl and towel method is that it doesn't steam your whole face and so does not irritate the skin or eyes. Also, the temperature and quantity of steam are very well regulated. All in all, this is an excellent buy. Also, mine came with a long lead and a UK plug (in reference to some of the comments that complain of a short lead and European plug: the design must have changed). Hope this helps!

Build quality and design is good. Only drawback is that it takes time to start generating steam. The on/off switch can be made more sturdy. May break if not used properly.
