What is the easiest way to fill these bottles?

I put my frosting in a baggie and snipped the tip of the baggie to fill the bottles. It is time consuming, but it did the trick.

Can I put this in hot water with chocolate inside to melt?

I think putting the bottles in hot tap water would be fine and that you could put pieces of chocolate inside them to try and slowly melt the chocolate. I have not tried it, but do not think you should try boiling water. I think it would be easier, if you had a pot with simmering water and put a glass container rf some other type of container that you could put above the pot with simmering water and melt the chocolate in that... like a double boiler. I have often used glass mixing bowl for this purpose and it works great.

I bought these for royal icing decorating. I just realized they may be hard to put the icing in. How do you get icing in them?

I used mine for drizzle frosting and decorating holiday cookies. Had to use a teaspoon and slowly fill them. They did work great for me.
